Initial Challenges

Goodyear was using another vendor management system that did not offer global services. With agency needs in North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC, their global divisions were left to fend for themselves. Gaining visibility into total global spend and agency performance was impossible…until they switched to RecruitiFi.

Goodyear had agencies in dozens of countries spread across four continents. Their prior VMS only offered U.S. capabilities, so they had no way to manage their existing agencies or find and vet new global agencies. With RecruitFi, they can not only manage their entire global agency workflows through a single platform, they gained access to the RecruitiFi global community of curated agencies. Consolidation
