Our Founders

Brin McCagg
After attaining an MBA from Wharton, Brin has stayed true to his entrepreneurial passions, having built several companies from the ground up to billion-dollar organizations and public companies. With the better part of a decade in the recruiting technology space, Brin brings his business acumen and deep market insight to the team. As a man on the go, Brin always manages to stay active, whether it’s in the board room, on the tennis court, or just spending time with his family.
Justin Luciani
Justin has been passionate about building great teams and products since founding his first company—Healthy Living. Prior to exit, he drove monthly magazine readership and search traffic to 3MM+. Before founding RecruitiFi, he served as CMO at Sageworks and LRN. Justin’s passion for building winning cultures began during his tenure at Princeton where he was Class President and a member of the Football and Chess teams. In his free time, Justin is an avid startup advisor.
